25 Years Later

Wow - today is my 25th birthday!
I’ve been so scared of what this year might bring. My faith and trust in God has calmed my nerves, but I'm still a little nervous, yet also excited. My 24th year was all about preparation for my 25th. I completed my fourth internship, quit my job of of three and a half years, I was offered a position in the fashion industry before I even finished school, and I finally graduated with my BA. I feel entirely blessed, to say the least.
My main focus for this year is accomplishing everything I have more time for and blogging is one of them!
I decided to aim for a trendy and vintage look here. I had a vision for this and I really feel like I accomplished it. I would say my favorite part of this look is this jean skirt from Zara (zara.com), because it reminds me of the 90's/2000’s era. I love how versatile it is! I will definitely be utilizing this piece a lot for all seasons.
I’m finding myself more interested in graphic/logo tees than I used to be. Salt and Peppa - a classic iconic group to rock on a tee - was one I found from Cotton On (cottonon.com) so I just couldn't pass it up. I found the leopard belt there, too - and it was only 8 bucks! By the way, these are my favorite sunglasses right now. I threw on some Adidas Falcon sneakers, gold jewelry and I felt like I accomplished the perfect look before I even wrote this! This outfit is perfect for a lunch date, trip to an art museum, or maybe something fun - like the movies!
My three main goals for my 25th year besides being more Christ-like is to be: intentional, resilient, and to be focused in everything I do. I’m promising myself that I will remain more centered, focus on the areas where I can be teachable, passionate, and faithful. I encourage you all to find three ideas that you want to dedicate yourself to for the last half of the year!
I can’t wait to share more #parisysatis content with you.
Stay tuned! Remember, keep those #ideasloading.
With Love, Paris Ysatis
