Social Outings

Hey guys!

This post is going to be shorter than normal. I want to focus more on casual looks for weeknight outings and to share some advice with you all. I hope you all enjoy this look!

To be honest it took me less than two minutes to piece this outfit together. I had a social networking event to attend, so I did not want to dress too up or too down. I thought this look was casual but trendy at the same time. I bought this top from irenesstory.com.  I love this boho tie blouse. The stripes and the enclosed bell sleeves are what caught my eye. This top is perfect to wear with any jeans, skirt,shorts, or culottes. Also, this outfit is perfect for any weeknight outing. I paired this top with a light blue pair of jeans and my fairly new blush ruffle mules. I added light gold jewelry and a semi-messy top knot bun and I was ready for the night. 

As I've gotten older I enjoy dressing up every chance that I get. Piecing together outfits is my favorite challenge, even when I feel that I have nothing to wear.

Also, I want to stress to you all that networking is important in any profession you want to obtain. I learned a lot from the event I attended, though there were not many people. Take every chance you get to make an opportunity into another opportunity. What is the worst that can happen? A lesson, that is all. Keep those #ideasloading.
