Flavor

Now, for some of you who have been keeping up with my blog, you may have noticed that graphics and patterns are not my number one go-to. They fall around third on my list. Not that I dislike them, they just aren't what I'm initially drawn to. This shirt did it for me because it's not too much nor too little. Tie dye can be tricky depending on your taste in clothing, but this shirt is the perfect balance for me.
I had to force myself to buy this shirt. I was on the fence about it because normally to me it would be just a bit too much, but I wanted more "chill" shirts! In my opinion, fashion wouldn't be fashion if you didn't step out of your comfort zone at times, right? I purchased this shirt from an online store called Missguided. I actually cut the sides of this shirt to give it more character and to fit my shape better. I love that the base color of this shirt is white because I could wear it with one of my favorite colors - white! I think all of us young women have a thing for chokers. I bought this black wrap around choker from Pacsun. Also inexpensive! Again, take a trip to Nordstrom for shades! I bought these clear lensed shades for under 15 bucks!
What I want you all to take from this post is that stepping outside of your comfort zone can be rewarding. Even if you don't like the outcome, you can at least say you tried. Try something new for your closet once in a while. Add some flavor...flowers, neon colors, or whatever you want! It will work out according to your will to try. Remember keep those #ideasloading, and stay tuned! Also, good luck to everyone starting back to school this week.
With Love, Paris Ysatis
